For any website owner this is mandatory reading. Same goes for website designers. Maybe we can excuse interactive artists who create websites purely for artistic expression - the rest of us have no excuses.

If you’re committing any of the website crimes listed in the story then you need to take a long, hard look at your site and ask yourself: Why? And yes, we do include ourselves in this website offenders list. Hence we’re going to re-do our site and this blog. I can’t wait.
