Rumoured billion dollar deal between Dell and Google

It’s rumoured to be a deal worth roughly US $1,000,000,000. According to some fairly rampant speculation in the Blogosphere Google and Dell are considering a deal whereby Dell would pre-install 100 million personal computers with Google software such as the Google Toolbar, Desktop search etc. Nothing to announce at this point but Dell is being reasonably open about the fact it is looking at its options.
