Our approach to privacy and spam

Found Agency Pty Ltd. respects your privacy. The following privacy policy outlines the approach we take to the collection, handling and use of personal information. Personal information is information which tells us specifically who you are, such as your name and contact details. Our privacy policy conforms to the National Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Privacy Act).

Found Agency also complies with the Spam Act 2003, which deals with restrictions on sending emails.

Collecting your information

  • If you leave a business card with one of our staff members.
  • If you write, phone, fax or email us and leave your details.
  • If you are already on one of our staff members' or company contact lists.

We do not sell or pass-on, any of our mailing or contact lists. We only use personal information we collect for the purpose of contacting you if we are engaged by you, or wish to provide you with information we think might interest you.

We make every attempt to store your personal information securely and to keep the information we collect from you as current as possible. Our computer networks are password-protected, our internal network is protected by a firewall and we deploy standard security operating procedures. You should understand however that the open nature of the Internet is such that data may flow over networks without security measures and may be accessed and used by people other than those for whom the data is intended.

Collecting your information using this website

We generally only collect personal information from this website when it is provided voluntarily by you.

When you visit this website or download information from it, our Internet Service Provider (ISP) makes a record of your visit and records some or all of the following information:
